Pay attention to details when touring a newly built home.
If you see a crooked entrance door, a loose step, or gaps in the kitchen cabinets, it should raise a red flag. Chances are, there are worse, unseen problems the builder overlooked.
If they disregard small, obvious issues that anyone can notice during a walkthrough, what might their concern be towards less obvious ones?
